One Grackle
I sketched this typical "grackle" as he strutted back and forth through the grass near our birdfeeder. Originally this print had two grackles but when my son saw the proof, he said one bird looked like a platypus. I was not happy and carved him away. That bird was later reincarnated in the print, Two Grackles.
Carved from four blocks of basswood plywood.
